Alex cleaned out my pond and it looks great. It has been very cold and the wind was awful. The temp was 58 but felt 28. He finished in the same time as 2 men had before. It would be great if he could clean my pond next year.

This place is absolutely wonderful. It has had everything we've needed for our Koi pond that we built ourselves. We could not be happier with the service. The advice that we've gotten from the employees have paid off tenfold. If you're not a professional visit them, they will take good care of you.

A week before the record breaking cold arrived, I asked Trent to drop two birdbath heaters into our fish pond. I don’t know the size but we have 64 fish at present. I said he could put them where he thought best. Today is yet another very cold day and we have a very large clear (ice free) spot in our pond. Yes, we have an aerator, but without the expert placing of 2 birdbath heaters the pond may have been iced over.

Alex did a great job on our water scene. Considering the cold weather, he was relentless in doing the job right. It's hard to find these kind of people in todays world. Let's call him 5 Star Alex.

Trent did his always exceptional job cleaning out our garden pond. He arrived on time and rang our doorbell to let us know he was on site. He worked steadily setting up/breaking down equipment and draining/filling the pond. After he had captured our fish (64!) he power washed the pond and reseated some rocks that had become dislodged, then returned the fish to their home. We are amazed at the crystal clear water and couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Personally worked and had a pond built here best group of people noones knows ponds like the owner Mike and the guys building and cleaning live and breath ponds and koi if you don't have a garden pond unlimited pond you just have an outside fish tank

I was a little bit weary of using Garden ponds unlimited for my clean out because they charge by the hour instead with a bid like the other Pond companies. but in the end it was cheaper and just as good of a job

These people are caring, helpful and knowledgeable.   USE THEM I stopped by with pond questions.  A lady with brown hair told me to bring a water sample back and they will fix me up. Lee ran the sample and determined my pond needs.  I was able to bring my pumps up for Lee and Shelby to retrofit with the spillways I needed.  Got water lettuce, SAT, and came back home to set it all up. So Professional and Couldn’t Be Happier!!! Our Koi pond turned into a disaster! String algae that turned our pond a yuck green. We bought chemicals and tried our best. No luck. They came out and began quickly getting our fish into a large container. Then the process began. Power washing all of the pond. Rocks, sides, bottom. Nothing was left untouched. They put some of the fish water in and our fish can be seen now! It looks brand new. Cannot recommend highly enough! We are thrilled by their work and efficiency and they take pride in making their customers happy.

Shelby helped us this morning as we passed through Oklahoma. She spent time to ask us about our aquatic plant needs, and share suggestions. We even walked out with two new baby turtles to add to our goldfish pond.

Man this place is awesome they have so many different things not only do they have pump equipment. They also have water plants .pretty big place to. I know from now on this is where I will take my business. And the service there was great.

We got our pond installed a week ago. We absolutely love how it turned out! It’s better than we ever could have imagined, and we have loved coming home each day to the sound of the stream. The men who installed it, Chris, Bozeman and Nick were phenomenal. They showed up early, worked hard, answered all of our many questions, and even loved on our 100 pound fur baby who was so excited to see them every day. We have wanted a koi pond for as long as we can remember, and we are extremely satisfied with our decision to have one put in by Garden Ponds Unlimited. They are a great company with great employees, and we are excited to work more with them in the future.

The staff are very informative and their product line is high quality. I love the pond I was able to build with a kit I bought from them.

Updating my review- still absolutely amazing service, I got to pick the GMs mind today-- she helped me gameplan for the future so I can more easily care for my babies. We were talking for atleast an hour and drawing out a plan for what I need to save up for and add to my pond. We opted for some tropical lily pads for cover for the pond and I forever appreciate the amazing service I have received here! Jeremy was awesome and the business is beautiful! He was able to help me figure out what exactly I needed for my small pond and ideas for when we expand it in the future! Would 100% recommend!

Garden Ponds Unlimited helped me turn my pond from a merky-looking mud hole to a crystal clear water feature. I am a new owner of a pond that came with the purchase of my new house. They are well educated in all things pond related including maintenance, plant life, how to care for fish and more.
